The Library & Learning Services Center at Boeing's Cypress facility has awarded their storage solution contract to McMurray Stern, the exclusive Spacesaver Area Contractor for the Greater Los Angeles, Riverside, Orange County and Central Coast Areas.
The challenge of meeting Boeing's storage needs was met by designing a Spacesaver high-density mobile system in a 65' x 24' footprint. This allots Boeing more than 6,500 lineal feet of document storage.
Spacesaver compact mobile shelving is designed specifically for customers with demanding storage environments where immediate access to records and materials is required. Boeing's project called for consolidation of documents which came from seven different Boeing facilities. The system that was designed and installed allows Boeing to house all of their documents in a much smaller footprint than they had anticipated.
